Examinei a peça ilustrada acima (na data indicada) e certifico no melhor do meu conhecimento que o selo de 100 réis Dom Pedro II, tipo 1, denteado e com goma azul, Catálogo de Selos do Brasil RHM - 61ª Edição nº27aC é autêntico. A peça é nova com vestígios de goma e apresenta um afinamento do papel no canto superior esquerdo. Trata-se de uma raridade da filatelia brasileira.

I have examined the piece illustrated above (on the date indicated) and certify to the best of my knowledge that the 100 reis Dom Pedro II postal stamp, type 1, perforated and with blue gum, Brazilian Stamp Catalog RHM - 61st Edition nº 27 aC is authentic. The piece is unused with traces of gum and has thinning of the paper in the upper left corner. This is a rarity in Brazilian philately.
