I have examined the item illustrated above on the date indicated and certify, to the best of my knowledge, that the 90 reis “Bull’s Eye” stamp, printed on paper measuring 75 microns in thickness, as listed in the RHM Catalogue of Brazilian Stamps, 62nd Edition, no. 003, is genuine.

The stamp bears a “CORREIO GERAL DA CORTE” cancel, shows good margins, is free of defects, and has an Occupancy Index (IO = 127). For this issue, the average IO is 110.
