Examinei a peça ilustrada acima (na data indicada) e certifico, no melhor do meu conhecimento, que o selo de 60 réis Olho-de-Boi, em papel com 75 micras de espessura, conforme Catálogo de Selos do Brasil RHM – 62ª Edição, nº 002, é autêntico.

Trata-se de peça com dupla certificação, acompanhada de dois certificados de autenticidade: um emitido em 21 de agosto de 1983 por RHM (Rolf H. Meyer) e outro emitido por Peter Meyer em 2026, evidenciando a continuidade de exame pericial ao longo do tempo.

A peça apresenta carimbo “Correio Geral da Corte”, não possui defeitos, exibe boas margens e Índice de Ocupação (IO = 135). Para esta emissão, o IO médio é de 110.

I have examined the item illustrated above on the date indicated and certify, to the best of my knowledge, that the 60 reis “Bull’s Eye” postal stamp, printed on paper measuring 75 microns in thickness, as listed in the RHM Catalogue of Brazilian Stamps, 62nd Edition, no. 002, is genuine.

This item is accompanied by two certificates of authenticity: one issued on August 21, 1983 by RHM (Rolf H. Meyer) and another issued by Peter Meyer in 2026, demonstrating continuity of expert examination over time.
