Receipt for the health treatment of slave Jeremias, signed by Doctor Bento Gonçalves Cruz, on December 1st 1872, with a 200 reis fiscal stamps, (SF-25). Dr. Cruz owned a health clinic at São Luiz do Paraitinga. He was married to Amália Taborda de Bulhões, and their son became the famous sanitarian Oswaldo Gonçalves Cruz, born that same year.
